SilverStar is a legal operation, which has been licensed and bonded with the government of Antigua.

All membership and account fees are waived.

There is no deposit required to open an account.

These rules shall govern the relationship between the customer, user, player, bettor and/or client (hereinafter, Customer) AND SilverStarCasino.com, SilverStar Entertainment Ltd., shareholders, owners, directors, management, employees, affiliates and assigns. (hereinafter, SilverStar).

All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management of SilverStar. Changes will be posted on the website without prior notice.

Bonuses: Customers of SilverStar are eligible to receive free bonuses from time to time, including a free bonus when signing up and for referrals. Said free bonuses, as to it's amount and issuance, shall be subject to the discretion of SilverStar, and shall be non-transferable and non-refundable. Bonuses are only valid if customers have fulfilled the following: casino betting activity totaling at least one hundred times the amount of the  the bonus. [For example, if one deposits $500 and receives a $75 bonus, they must simply make wagers totaling $7500 before they can withdraw the bonus]. If a customer requests a payment of any amount before they have had fulfilled the wagering requirement the bonus will not be valid and will be deducted. There is no limit as to the size of the bonus. Our full bonus policy and any periodic updates will be available on the website.

Privacy and Taxes: SilverStar will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual, and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

Age Restrictions and Prohibition: No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at SilverStar. Our "Play For Fun" section is available for those who are under the age of 18 or are in jurisdictions where Internet gaming is illegal

Transactions: Absolutely no financial transactions will take place within the United States, its territories or possessions.

Minimums: The minimum sports wager is $5 and minimum deposit is $20. There is no minimum account balance.

Multiple Accounts: Customers may not open multiple accounts, performing such an action may trigger an audit on your account.

Customer Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we have their current address on file at all times. Customers may only have one address on file at a time, and this address MUST match the billing address of ALL cards that have been used on the account. Any failure on the customer's part to do this may result in an audit on the customer's account.

Multiple Credit Cards: The maximum number of credit cards allowed for use in one account is five.

Discrepancies and Disputes: Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within THREE days from the date of the wager. All phone calls to SilverStar will be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. For disputes, claims, additional account information, or to report account discrepancies, contact SilverStar at 1-800-996-5152.

For general casino disputes we provide a record that contains the bet amount, running balance, game type, Round ID and time for each single casino round only. Every casino round has a unique Round ID and customers should provide it in their casino claim. Due to technology constraints we can only provide the customer with the card/number/dice details and outcomes for a limited number of casino rounds only. If a unique Round ID or exact time for a particular casino round is not provided by the customer we cannot guarantee the funds will be reimbursed.

Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of SilverStar will be final and binding in all matters.

Termination of Agreement: The agreement between SilverStar and the customer may be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary SilverStar reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the customer and SilverStar.

Please Note: All accounts are subject to review before any winnings are paid and play-through requirements are double for players from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Israel, Poland, China, Australia, and ANY account deemed to be abusing bonuses in ANY way. Amounts wagered at the craps, roulette, and baccarat tables do not count toward play-through requirements.  We do not accept accounts from any country not listed on the join page.

Password: You are solely responsible for the security of your Pin and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password you shall contact SilverStar immediately and change your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password or username, the customer may at anytime ask that SilverStar furnish the customer with a new password and username.

Choosing Password: When choosing a password, SilverStar recommends you follow these guidelines: 

• Do not use all lower case letters; 
• Do use numbers and or symbols
• Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters.

Withdrawing Funds: We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed with 48 hours. Methods of payment will be listed in the banking area of the website.

Please note: On any withdrawal, SilverStarCasino.com will first credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent using the method of your choice.

For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card, your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars; $200 will be credited to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via the method you choose.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from SilverStar. It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up.

Before you request a withdrawal, please make sure your address is correct, current and up to date.

Note: Maximum 2 withdrawals a day.

Confidentiality: SilverStar shall undertake to maintain your anonymity unless you agree to your identity being used for future publicity or other purposes.

Liability: The foregoing further limits and defines the liability of SilverStar.

1. The decisions of SilverStar management will be final and binding in all matters between SilverStar and the customer.
2. Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world, Internet Casino gambling may be unlawful in some jurisdictions, including California; and it is the responsibility of customers to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country. All customers of the SilverStar games must be at least 18 years of age.
3. SilverStar does not undertake to notify customers that they have outstanding balances to collect. If an account is inactive for longer than 12 months, the user will forfeit the outstanding balance.
4. Any wager made by the customer will be SilverStar's liability in respect to any claim or loss.
5. SilverStar shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its' absolute discretion.
6. All personal details of all users will be held in confidence unless users agree to their identities and details being used for future publicity purposes.
7. SilverStar reserves the right to at any time, request documentation from a customer before releasing a withdrawal or for general auditing or identification purposes.
8. In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, SilverStar will not be liable.
9. SilverStar will not be liable in the following scenarios: in the event of force majeure; the failure of SilverStar's central computer system or any part thereof; for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system; for any loss as a result of any act of God; for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism; for the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent); for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.
10. SilverStar and the customer shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules
11. SilverStar accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet
12. These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between SilverStar and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
13. The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer on a weekly basis is US$100,000.00
14. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
15. Please Note: Initial signup bonuses are not cumulative. Example: We have a normal 10% signup bonus, and a 10% bank wire bonus on all bank wire deposits. This is not cumulative to be a 20% total bonus.
16. Warning: Gambling involves risk. By gambling on this website, you run the risk that you may lose money or suffer psychological injuries. You gamble at your own risk.

All Bets are Final: Check all bets carefully. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed.

Limits: Online betting limits are listed under your betting ticket. These limits are raised during the playoffs. You can wager over any of these limits, simply by calling toll free 1-800-996-5152.

Sporting Events: Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed by more than 12 hours and or rescheduled, will constitute "No Action," and all money will be credited accordingly.

All bets must be made and accepted, before the start of the game/event wagered. Any bet placed or received after the start of the game/event wagered, will be void.

SilverStar reserves the right to limit the maximum amount wagered, prior to acceptance of any bet. Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts in order to bypass the limits imposed by the system. If multiple accounts are used then all bets will be void.

In the event that monies are credited to a customer's account, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify SilverStar of the aforesaid error without delay. Any winnings realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly subsequent to the error but prior to notification of SilverStar, shall be void.

SilverStar does not recognize suspended games, protests, scoring amendments, result reversals and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

In order for a bet to be valid, a customer must receive a bet number confirming from SilverStar that the bet has been accepted. This will be via a confirmation message that will appear on your screen.

Once accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended in any way, either by the customer or by SilverStar.

Every effort will be made to ensure that all information available on the the Internet site is accurate. However, if an error is made in the prices or conditions published on-line, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes and to settle any bets already laid at the correct price.

Winners and losers are official after:

• Football - NCAA & NFL - 55 minutes of play
• Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play
• Basketball - NCAA - 35 minutes of play
• Hockey - NHL - 55 minutes of play
• All other sporting events - 55 minutes of play
• Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line and spread betting.
• On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.
• Other Sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.

Special Major League Baseball Rules: Major League Baseball games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. Then the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called. When wagering on total runs or run lines, the game must go the regulation 9 innings, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading, otherwise it will constitute a "No Action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly. Wagers on total runs will be refunded if a pitcher change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch.

Baseball wagers are accepted as "Listed." In the event of a pitching change prior to the game, all wagers on a game are considered "No Action". All wagers will be refunded to the customer's account.

Any and all baseball series wagers must have all 3 games played by the end of a specified date for the wager to have action. If all 3 games are not played by that specified date then all wagers are NO ACTION, regardless if one team has 2 wins. All 3 games must be official by Las Vegas Gaming Standards (see our rules regarding baseball wagers and what constitutes an official result)

NOTE: Each team's starting pitcher is defined for betting purposes as the pitcher that throws the first pitch.

NOTE: If we provide a baseball series price for a series that has four games, for grading purposes, the wager is based on the initial three games.

All baseball props must go the full 9 (8½ if the Home Team is Winning) innings unless otherwise stated. They also must start the listed pitchers.

In Baseball, All games that go at least the full 9 innings and finish tied as a result of a suspension of play, shall be graded as a push on all money line bets. However, all run line and total bets will have action. Note, though, that this is an extremely rare occurrence, and thus the Las Vegas rules for this event are not at this point set in stone. In the event of a change in Las Vegas rules, SilverStar will adhere to the decision set forth in Las Vegas.

Boxing: In boxing, the official stopping of a round before the sounding of the bell does not constitute a full round. A full round is only considered for wagering purposes when the bell sounds signifying the end of said round.

Special Boxing Rule: Fights must be run within one week of the specified date for your bet to have action.

Golf: For tournament matchup betting all of the players listed in the matchup must tee off for your bet to have action. The player with the most completed holes wins. If the players complete the same number of holes, then the player with the lowest score wins. If the players are still tied then the wager will be No Actioned and all monies will be refunded. If both golfers in a match-up are in a playoff: a) winner of play-off wins matchup and b) all other playoff participants tie each other.

Should a tournament be shortened, or otherwise affected, due to weather conditions the official result will be used when settling, regardless of the number or rounds played. However, should there be no further play after a bet is struck that bet will be void.

Single day matchups are wagers on the particular day's 18-holes. Single Day matchups do not include holes played as part of a completion from the previous day's round nor playoff holes considered part of the overall tournament score. Should a day's round be shortened, or otherwise affected, due to weather conditions and the round is continued the next day, the full 18 holes will are considered in determining the outcome of the bet even if they are played over two days. Both Golfer Must Tee off for action. If both players end the 18 holes in a tie, the Money Line wager will be refunded, Stroke Line money will be Actioned.

For single round-single player propositions, all 18 holes must be completed.

Stroke Line Betting: In golf the lower score wins. If you bet (-1/2) a Stroke your golfer must shoot 1 or more shots lower than the opponent. If you bet (+1/2) your golfer must shoot the same score or a lower score than the opponent. Example: You bet Singh (-1/2) vs. Mickelson. Singh shoots 69, Mickelson 70. Singh (-1/2) is the winner. Singh shoots 69, Mickelson shoots 69, Mickelson (+1/2) is the winner.

Rules for Finishing Top 3: In the case of a tie or multiply players finishing in the top 3 position, wagers will be paid using our Dead Heat Rule

European Football: All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play, this includes any time added by the Referee in respect of injuries and other stoppages. Extra Time, Golden Goals and Penalty Shoot-Outs do not count.

For bets on European football, in order to place your SilverStar bet correctly, you must predict the result of at least one (1) game:1=home win, 0=draw, 2=away win. The customer can, of course, bet a parlay (or "combination"), but must get all the selections correct in the parlay column.

Bets taken on 'first goal scorer' will be void if the player does not take part in the game or comes on after a goal has already been scored. Bets taken on 'last goal scorer' will be void if the player does not play or come on as a substitute.

If any match is abandoned, or postponed, all bets will be void unless the relevant market result has already happened; for example, 'first goal scorer betting, which will stand if a goal has already been scored.

Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's ground in which case all bets will be void.

Cricket: For Cricket games, if the match is shortened by the weather, bets will be governed by the official competition rules.

Rugby: For Rugby Games, if any match is abandoned or postponed all bets will be void, except bets on the first try scorer if a try has been scored prior to abandonment.

Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's ground in which case all bets will be void.

Tennis: For Tennis Match betting, in the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner. In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place all bets will stand: (i) a change of playing surface, (ii) a change of venue, (iii) a change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa or (iii) match is delayed to the following day due to inclement weather.

Motor Sports: When placing a wager on "Odds to Win" a race, your wager shall be 'No Action' should the driver not start the race. Both drivers must start the race for matchup wagering for the bet to have action. The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap. The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for betting purposes. In league championship wagering, drivers must race in at least one race during the season to be deemed 'action'.

Special Motor Sport Rule: Races must be run within one week of the scheduled date for your bet to have action.

The race must complete the scheduled number of laps and/or distance for specific proposition wagers (pertaining to number of laps and/or distance) to have action. Matchups, Finishing Position Props and Future wagers will still have action regardless.

NCAA Hoops: In the event of a tie in NCAA conference wagering, the team entering the conference tournament 'seeded' higher shall be deemed the winner.

Horse Racing: All lines are actioned regardless of injuries, scratches, and/or in the event a horse does not start or complete the designated race. Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

Parlay or Multiple Betting: No multiple (parlay) bets can be accepted where individual legs are 'connected'. For example, one leg of a parlay is for Sampras to beat Henman in the 4th round of Wimbledon and the second or additional part of the parlay is for Sampras to win the overall Wimbledon title. The match forms part of the overall tournament and is therefore 'connected'. In the same way, you cannot parlay the over of the first half of a football game with the over of the total game, because the two are 'connected'

Dead Heat Rule: In the event of a dead heat (a tie), stakes will be divided by the number of selections dead heating with the divided stake settled at full odds, remaining stakes are lost. If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply. The Dead Heat Rule only applies to Future Wagers. For example, if there is a 3 way tie for the Top Scorer in a Football game. Then your winnings are calculated by taking your stake, dividing it by 3, and multipling that amount by the odds on your betting ticket.

Legality: SilverStar games are played over the Internet which reaches virtually every country in the world. Some of these jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of Internet gaming, while some have specifically made Internet gaming illegal. In practical terms, it is impossible for SilverStar to determine the state of the law in every country, state, and province around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, by clicking the "Create Account" button, you are acknowledging that you have determined what the laws are in your jurisdiction, and that it is legal for you to place a bet via the Internet, and for SilverStar to receive your bet via the Internet. Should there be any discrepancy in the legality of any transactions between yourself and SilverStar, or any of it's affiliates, the matter shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in the country of Antigua, which is where SilverStar is incorporated and where it conducts business. Any matter to be adjudicated shall be determined utilizing the laws of Antigua.

All bets with SilverStar are considered to be placed and received in Antigua.

All contractual issues between yourself and SilverStar, or any of its affiliates, that are disputed, shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the country of Antigua. All contracts shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Antigua.

SilverStar has obtained a license to conduct an online Internet casino and sportsbook under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.

The laws of Antigua shall govern all transactions between the customer and SilverStar.
