If you have deposited with a credit card, the address you have on file with us and the address with the issuing bank must match exactly. Please ensure that the address with your bank is up to date. Although there are legitimate reasons for addresses not matching, a mismatch can cause delays while we verify the card is authorized for use.

Wire Information
Bank wires are a very popular but incorrect or incomplete wire information will cause delays. Double check your information before sending to us. Our bank will not process a wire with incomplete information. If a wire goes out with the wrong information the delay to trace the wire and recover the funds can be lengthy.

Keeping Info Up to Date
Make sure that your information on file with us is current. Checks mailed to the wrong address will cause delays while we issue a stop payment and ensure the check has not been cashed.

Consider FedEx
We pay the fee on payouts over $500 and using FedEx insures a timely delivery and the ability to track the the check if there are problems. Our fee for lesser amounts is less than cost at just $20 and using FedEx provides more certainty than regular mail.

Preventing Fraud
We have numerous measures to prevent online fraud. Although sometimes these measures are inconvenient, they are for the player's protection as much as our own. These measures ensure we are able to continue providing the same level of comps, customer service as well as paying almost all transaction fees for our members.

Please Note:
Due to the limitations of bank hours, bank wires, cashier's checks, etc. cannot be processed on the weekends. Payouts that do not make the cutoff for Friday payment are paid out on Monday.
